For me, it’s the outdoors. Whether I’m deep in the Everglades backcountry chasing snook, or twenty feet up in a tree waiting for a giant buck to step out, I am in my zone.

When I am not doing it, I’m thinking about it.

The outdoors have been a part of me since I was eight. At that age, I fell in love with bass fishing, and from there, I quickly moved towards the saltwater and woods.

I love showing people where I escape to, but I also enjoy writing about my adventures. Believe me when I tell you, they are adventures.

This site was born out of my desire to share my knowledge and tell my stories.

I have been a licensed fishing guide for nearly thirty years and have worked in the fishing and hunting industry for around fifteen years.

During this time, I have seen a lot. Although I do not consider myself an expert, I have a lot of experience.
